How to manage my accounts Juzt Web Portal and Juzt App?
Once you set up your account log in using your registered email and password using the Juzt App or Juzt Web Portal. Enable biometric authentication for quicker and more secure access.
In case you forget your username or password – click relatively “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” on the login screen. Follow the prompts to recover or reset your credentials.
You can manage your personal information in the menu “Manage Profile” in the Juzt Web Portal to update personal details, email, or phone number.
To change language preferences, you can switch between English and Spanish in the language settings under your profile preferences.
To reset PIN, go to “Manage PIN” in the Juzt App or Juzt Web Portal. You can reveal, update, or unlock your PIN securely.
Set up account alerts and notifications, when you go to “Manage Alerts” in the Juzt App or Juzt Web Portal. Enable alerts for balance updates, payment reminders, transaction activity, and more via email, SMS, or push notifications
If you want to pay through Juzt App or Juzt Web Portal – go to “Credit Payments” and choose one-time, AutoPay or SmartPay.
You can view your account balance and recent transactions when you log in to the Juzt App or Juzt Web Portal, go to “Card Summary” or “Card Activity,” and review your balance, spending, and transaction history.
To check your credit limit, go to the “Card Summary” section in the Juzt App or Juzt Web Portal to view your available credit limit and current balance.
If your card is lost or stolen, go to “My Card” in the Juzt Web Portal, select “Block/ Reissue Card,” and follow the prompts. You can also contact customer support for assistance a reissuance.
To dispute a transaction, you can file a dispute through the “Dispute Form” in the Juzt App or Juzt Web Portal. Provide transaction details, and our team will review your request promptly.
Schedule automatic payments, setting up AutoPay under “Payment Preferences” in the Juzt App or Juzt Web Portal. Choose to pay your minimum due, statement balance, or total balance automatically.
Add and verify your bank account in the Juzt App or Juzt Web Portal under “Manage Bank Accounts” to make ACH payments.
Set up Smart Pay, that allows you to maintain a specific balance-to-credit ratio by automating monthly payments, helping you manage credit utilization effectively through Go to “Credit Payments” > “Payment Preferences” > “SmartPay.”
Track your payment history, through “Payment Activity” under the Payments section in the Juzt App or Web Portal to view past payments, dates, and amounts.
See your balance, credit limit, and transaction history in the “Card Summary” section of the app or web portal.
You can manage multiple bank accounts under “Transfer Services” in the Juzt App or Web Portal for added flexibility.
