Yes, the Juzt Digital Credit Card is unsecured. This means you don’t need to provide a security deposit to access your credit line. It’s designed to help you build your credit without tying up your money in a deposit.

Juzt Credit Cards are issued by The Bank of Missouri (TBOM) under a Mastercard International license.

You can apply for a Juzt Digital Credit Card by visiting our website and completing the online application form. You will need to provide personal details such as: 

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Citizenship
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Home Address (Street Number, Apartment Unit, Zip Code, City, State, Country)

Note: Additional financial information may be required to process your application.

Getting pre-approved for a Juzt Digital Credit Card won’t affect your credit history. The pre-approval process only involves a soft inquiry, which allows us to review some information from your credit report without impacting your credit history.

If you decide to submit a formal application, a hard inquiry will be conducted, which could impact your credit history. Pre-approval does not guarantee approval. You’ll need to complete a full application to be considered for the Juzt Credit Card.

Credit approval is subject to meeting our criteria, including factors like creditworthiness, income, and other financial obligations.

Currently, we do not offer the option to apply with a co-applicant. The application process is designed for individual applicants.

When you get your Juzt Digital Credit Card, your credit limit will be between $400 and $1000. All new qualifying customers start with a $400 limit. Using your card responsibly, you may be eligible for a higher credit line over time, with the maximum possible limit being $1000.

Yes, annual and maintenance fees are associated with the Juzt Digital Credit Card. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Annual Fee: An annual fee of $99 is billed to your account when it is opened.
  • Monthly Maintenance Fee: There is no monthly maintenance fee during the first year. After the first year, a maintenance fee of $10 per month will be billed, totaling $120 annually.
  • Virtual Card Fee: We will assess a $50 fee to provide you with a digital credit card before you receive your plastic card. We will charge the fee against your available credit limit if you request this service. We will let you enable a digital card once you download our mobile application and undergo the identity verification.
  • Important Note: Some of these fees will be charged before you use your credit card, reducing the initial available credit. For example, if your initial credit limit is $400, your available credit after fees will be $301.

The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for the Juzt Digital Credit Card is 35.99% for purchases and cash advances. This rate applies from the date the transaction is posted to your account, and there is no grace period, meaning interest will start accruing immediately on any balances carried.

You can set up your Juzt Digital Credit Card in Google Wallet or Apple Pay easily  by opening the Juzt App main menu and pressing “link card” button which will let you digitize your card in GPay or Apple Pay depending on device used.

Once set up, you can use your Juzt Digital Credit Card to make contactless payments immediately! 

If you opted for the Juzt Digital Credit Card, you can use it immediately and there is no need to activate it! Just download the Juzt App from Google Play or App Store, log in, and view your card details for online purchases. You can also add your digital card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet to make in-store purchases and withdraw cash directly from your smart device.

We make it easy for you to manage your Juzt Credit Card with four convenient options:

With these options, you can easily manage your account whenever and however you prefer!

Your physical Juzt Credit Card will arrive based on the delivery option you selected:

  • Express Delivery: Expect your card within three calendar days.
  • Standard Delivery: Your card will arrive within ten calendar days.

Once your Juzt Physical Credit Card arrives, you can activate it using the Juzt App or Juzt Web Account through the Main Menu -> Card Services -> Activate Card.

If you lose your card or suspect fraud:

  • Block Your Juzt Card: Immediately log in to your Juzt App or web account and block your card.
  • Reissue Your Juzt Card: If your is lost or stolen, you can request a new card through the Juzt App. Your new Juzt Digital Credit Card will be available immediately, and a physical card will be delivered to you free of charge. NOTE that your existing card will be blocked until the new one is created or activated in case of a physical card.
  • Report Fraud: If you believe your Juzt Credit Card was used for fraudulent transactions, download the dispute form from your Juzt App or web account. Complete the form and send it to [email protected]. 

Taking these steps will help secure your account and resolve any issues quickly.

You can easily set up alerts for your Juzt Digital Credit Card through the following options:

  • Juzt App or Web Account: Log in and customize your alert notifications. Choose which types of transactions to receive alerts for and set thresholds for notifications.
  • IVR Service: If you prefer, you can manage your alerts by calling our IVR service. Dial (866)-241-4123 for callers from the United States or (510) 474-9979 from abroad.

These alerts will help you stay informed and control your card activity.

  • Cash Advance Fee: After the first 12 months, a fee of $5 or 5% (whichever is greater) will be charged for each cash advance.
  • Foreign Transaction Fee: After the first year, a 3% fee applies to transactions in a foreign currency converted to U.S. Dollars.
  • Annual Fee: A $99 fee will be charged when your account is opened and on each anniversary date.
  • Monthly Maintenance Fee: Starting in the second year, a $10 fee will be charged each month.
  • Late Payment Fee: If you miss a payment, you’ll be charged up to $41 or your Minimum Payment Amount.
  • Returned Payment Fee: If a payment fails, a fee of up to $41 will apply, depending on the situation.
  • Express Delivery Fee: A $35 fee for expedited card delivery within two business days.
  • Virtual Card Fee: A $50 fee to access your digital card before receiving the physical one.

Your payment history is reported to Equifax monthly. Making on-time payments can help you build a positive credit history, which could improve your credit history over time. Conversely, late or missed payments may negatively impact your credit.

Your credit limit ranges from $400 to $1000, with $400 as the starting limit for new customers. You can request a credit limit increase after using your Juzt Credit Card responsibly for at least 90 days.

Here’s how to increase your limit:

  • Eligibility: After 90 days of responsible card use, you may request a limit increase by sending us an e-mail on [email protected].
  • Requirements: To qualify, ensure your payments are on time, your declared income meets or exceeds your application income, and your debt-to-income ratio is 80% or lower.
  • Limit Increases: The minimum increase is $50, and the maximum is $200, with a total possible credit line of up to $1000.
  • Income Updates: We regularly collect updated income information via SMS to ensure your profile is current.

Once you request an increase, you’ll receive a decision within three business days.

If your minimum payment due isn’t paid within 30 days from the payment term, we may report that information about your account to the Equifax credit bureau. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected on your credit report.

  • Minimum Payments: You must pay at least the minimum payment due for each billing period by the due date shown on your statement. The minimum payment due is the greater of 10% of your outstanding balance (plus any late fees) or $25.
  • Small Balances: If your balance is $1 or less, it will be rounded to zero, and you won’t receive a bill or a refund.
  • Payment Instructions: You can pay all or part of your balance anytime. Payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Payments received by midnight Eastern Time will be credited that day; otherwise, they’ll be credited the next day.

  • One-Time Payment: Pay through your Juzt App or Juzt Online Account after adding and verifying your bank account.
  • Pay by Phone: Call (866) 241-4123 to make a payment by phone. Payments made by midnight Eastern Time will be credited that day.
  • Add cash on the go: Add cash to your account at 94k+ retail stores nationwide1 Retailer Locations.
