How and when do I pay off the card?

If your minimum payment due isn’t paid within 30 days from the payment due date, we may report that information about your account to the Equifax credit bureau. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected on your credit report.

  • Minimum Payments: You must pay at least the minimum payment due for each billing period by the due date shown on your statement. The minimum payment due is the greater of 10% of your outstanding balance (plus any late fees) or $25.
  • Small Balances: If your balance is $1 or less,  you won’t receive a bill (unless you were billed any finance charges for that billing cycle). If there is a credit balance (your funds from overpayment or from returned merchant credits), then we will make a credit balance refund for amounts higher than $1 if it remains on your account for six months (unless requested sooner). For smaller amounts, (under $1) the funds will stay in your account, but we will not initiate a refund transfer.
  • Payment Instructions: You can pay all or part of your balance anytime. Payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Payments received by midnight Eastern Time will be credited that day; otherwise, they’ll be credited the next day.

Payment Options:

  • One-Time Payment: Pay through your Juzt App or Juzt Online Account after adding and verifying your bank account.
  • Pay by Phone: Call (866) 241-4123  to make a payment by phone. Payments made by midnight Eastern Time will be credited that day.
  • Add cash on the go: Add cash to your account at 94k+ retail stores nationwide1 Retailer Locations.
