How to close or reopen your Juzt Card?

If you’re considering closing your Juzt account, the process is straightforward. To initiate account closure, you’ll need to contact Juzt Customer Support. This can be done through the Juzt App, Web Portal, or by calling our dedicated support line. Customer Support will guide you through the steps to ensure a smooth account closure, including confirming your identity. If you close your account, you are still responsible for any amounts due on the account and the account will continue to accrue applicable Interest Charges and other Fees and charges until the Account is paid in full. Please refer to the Cardholder Agreement for full details. It’s important to review your account details before proceeding, as unresolved payments or benefits tied to the account may be affected.
