How do I block my card in case of theft or loss?

  1. Juzt App. Block your card now through the Juzt App. Open the Juzt App, go to Card Services, and click Block Card to stop transactions.
  2. Customer Support. Call (866) 241-4123 or email [email protected] to report a card lost or stolen.
  3. Get a New Card. Order a new card through the Juzt App or contact us.
  4. Check Your Account. See recent Juzt App or web portal transactions to catch any suspicious activity.

Tip: Turn on transaction alerts in the Juzt App to stay informed.
