How do I block my card in case of theft or loss?
- Juzt App. Block your card now through the Juzt App. Open the Juzt App, go to Card Services, and click Block Card to stop transactions.
- Customer Support. Call (866) 241-4123 or email [email protected] to report a card lost or stolen.
- Get a New Card. Order a new card through the Juzt App or contact us.
- Check Your Account. See recent Juzt App or web portal transactions to catch any suspicious activity.
Tip: Turn on transaction alerts in the Juzt App to stay informed.
