What should I do if I suspect fraud on my account?

If you suspect fraud on your Juzt account, do this now:

  1. Lock Your Card. Use the Juzt App to lock your card in seconds to stop transactions.

  2. Review Transactions. Check your recent transactions in the app or online portal to see what’s going on.

  3. Contact Support. Call us 24/7 at (866) 241-4123   or email at [email protected] to report.

  4. Dispute Charges. If charges are unauthorized, we’ll walk you through the dispute process to get it resolved ASAP.

  5. Get a New Card. Request one if needed, and we’ll send one out immediately.
