How to report a technical issue?

If you experience any technical issues with our Juzt App, we’re here to help you sort them out. To help us help you as quickly as possible, please follow these steps to report the issue:

     1. Email Support:

Email to [email protected] with the subject “Technical Issue Report.” A clear subject line helps us identify your request and prioritize accordingly.

     2. Include Relevant Information:

In your email, please provide as much detail as possible so we can understand and replicate the issue. Please include:

• A description of the issue you’re seeing, what you were doing when it happened.

• Any error messages or screenshots (if available, attach files).

• Device and OS you’re using (e.g., iPhone 12 on iOS 16, Samsung Galaxy S21 on Android 13).

• Steps to reproduce the issue (if possible) so our team can investigate.

    3. Additional Contact Options:

If you need help quickly, you can contact us through our live chat during business hours. The option will connect you with a member of our support team who will get back to you as soon as possible.

    4. Response Time:

We’ll get back to you by the end of the next business day of submitting your report. For urgent issues, please let us know in your email or use live chat during business hours.
